FULL FASCIA REPLACEMENT
Remove existing guttering and existing wood. Trim back 2-3 inches of felt.Remove any rot from roof joists and replace where needed. Treat roof timber joists.Attach a UPVC sprocket to every joist using the string line method to ensure a perfect flat finish. Fit 9mm flat soffit board and 18mm UPVC fascia board. Install EPS trays including ventilation and bird comb to protect the lower section of roof. Made to measure box ends - these will be hand crafted on site. Marine grade stainless steel poly pins, colour coded to match. Heavy duty guttering and accessories. Installed with a sufficient fall for each section of guttering.Work site will be left clean and mess free. Customer Inspection upon completion.

Strip foundations Install insulated block and brick work Install insluated floor foundations e.g. concrete.Exposure of existing retaining wall foundations or can be plastered over.Install windows of your selection.Install your choice of roof e.g. firestone, roof latern ect.Install style/ amount of lighting of your choice.Install electric points and radiators where/ if required. Install door of your choosing.Leave site clean and tidy.Customer Inspection upon completion.Other options are also available: For example Perimeter pelmet with LED Lighting. Additional Installation of flooring, plastering, Fascia soffit guttering etc
